IT Team Leader (Onsite, 1pm-10pm shift)

IT Operations (ITOps) is primarily the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure within a business. ITOps ensures that IT systems are running efficiently and cost- effectively, providing a foundation for growth.

Responsible for network- telecommunications function and to ensure compatibility and interoperability of computer systems, telecommunication, and office equipment.
Provide support to end- users in regard to network connectivity and desktop computing.
Support also includes software support of the operating system, Microsoft Office, and other standard package used by Concentrix Group.
Develop, implement, and administer IT service, ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of all information and production systems.
Maintain and support PC workstations and laptop. This will include troubleshooting and replacing hardware components, performing upgrades to existing systems, and installing replacement system.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, liaising with end users, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes. Your secondary focus will be to analyze data, identify areas of improvement, and implement effective solutions to optimize operational efficiency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively collaborating with cross- functional teams.

Ability to analyse, logical thinking.
Good English: ability to write, read well.
Can use office software (Word, Excel, Outlook...), Especial Power BI and report.
At least 3 years of IT operation or business Analyst
