- Makes financial product, marketing skills and accounting knowledge readily available to self and colleagues through various resources
- Creates information materials and presentations to business partners, clients, and investors, for business development in English
- Together with management, develops marketing strategies and approaches for various financial products and marketing research and consulting services, such as Mezzanine Fund, Real Estate Fund, Private Equity Fund and Vietnamese- Japanese Joint Venture Business
- Travels to different job locations as required, including but not limited to the project construction site
- Demonstrates financial products and marketing researches, and financial and consulting services as deemed necessary by clients and management
- Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls to schedules appointments and meetings
- Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer services
- Analyzes financial statements including cash flow, net profit, expenditures, and revenues to find problematic areas

- At least 2 years experience of audit in Big 4, real estate industry, investments
- Fluent in English (Upper- Intermediate level)- TOEIC 800
- Graduated from university with major in Finance
- Strong knowledge on Vietnamese accounting rules
- Master degree is preferred
- Chief accountant certificate is preferred
