Job Description:
• Analyze and understand the needs of customers and the market
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
• Participate in developing regulations, processes, and guidelines for service implementation
• Negotiate and sign service contracts with partners
• Identify potential new e- commerce channels, evaluate criteria, negotiate, and propose promotional collaborations
• Develop business, implement, and expand the connection of OnePay&039;s products and services to partners
• Create, maintain, and enhance relationships with partners; propose solutions to improve collaboration efficiency
• Act as a focal point for coordinating with relevant units, implementing services for customers, tracking progress, and supervising quality execution
• Develop strategic product development directions based on market assessment and analysis
