(Senior) Marketing Executive – Trade & Event

Work closely with line manager to plan and execute mall- wide campaigns, events, activations, decorations and trade promotion activities.
§ Event & Activation: plan, prepare proposal for bidding process; lead agencies in delivering successful event activations aligned with marketing and CRM strategies
- Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure all event and decoration areas are well- prepared and aligned with the mall’s standards.
- Manage in- mall signage, façade banners, hoardings and external advertisements during campaigns.
- Oversee on- site execution: arrange staging, lighting, sound, seating, promotional materials, and décor.
- Ensure all required documentation and approvals are completed.
- Supervise event operation and troubleshoot any issues in a professional manner.
§ Decoration: Coordinate with external agencies to conceptualize, design and implement seasonal decorations aimed at attracting target customers.
§
Trade Promotion:
- Ensure full promotion/event details are submitted to local authorities for timely approval.
- Develop and implement trade promotions, including branded gifts and shopper engagement programs.
Tenant collaboration
- Prepare co- branding proposals, promotional brochures and collaboration materials.
- Provide supports for in- mall tenant collaboration activities, enhance visibility and shopping experience to tenants
Reporting
- Provide daily reports on footfall, key metrics on campaign performance.
- Track and manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value.
- Monitor and report on emerging trends in events and retail activations.
Performs other tasks as assigned by line manager

· Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, strong project management skills.
· Proactive, detail- oriented team player with a positive attitude.
· At least 3- 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates with prior experience working in event agencies or shopping malls is an advantage.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
· Creative mindset with the ability to stay current with industry trends, while maintaining a professional approach to time, cost, and deadlines.
· Demonstrated experience in managing medium to large- scale events and activations.
· Bachelor’s degree in: Marketing/ Mass Communications / Business or a related field.
· Ability to work under pressure, manage tight timelines and extra hours if needed.
