Talent Acquisition Executive

- Proactively carry out assigned tasks.
- Arrange and manage employee records in the company and be responsible for urging employees to complete their records (if incomplete).
- Receive, monitor, and support new employees in integrating into the company.
- Summarize reports on work results within the scope of responsibility.
- Responsible for all work or issues arising related to personnel recruitment.

- University graduate: Major in Human Resources, Labor Management,... or other related majors
- Experience of 02 years or more in a similar position (Priority in FnB industry)
- Withstand work pressure.
- Proficient in office software: Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Good communication, conveying and persuasion skills.
- Ability to observe and grasp human psychology.
- Enthusiastic, quick- witted.
- Passionate, responsible for work.
- Have a will to progress.
- Agile in work and teamwork.
- Ability to perceive and evaluate well
