Mô tả công việc

- Arranging & preparing for meetings:
Planning & organizing meetings appropriately for Marketing & Business Developments Director when receiving meeting requests from other people.
Preparing meeting rooms according to the requirements of the meetings.
Contacting with relevant people to organize meeting as requested by Marketing & Business Development Director.
Preparing meeting documents.
Booking meeting rooms accordingly if the meetings to be held at FVH.
- Preparing in and out correspondences as requested by Marketing & Business Development Director, then sending them to relevant people internally or externally by email, by post or by hand delivery.
- Arranging & preparing for business trips:
Booking air tickets, accommodations and transportation
Arranging meetings if requested
Preparing business trips itinerary
Preparing documents for business trips accordingly
- Preparing marketing related contracts:
Coordinating with agencies, vendors and FVH Finance department for payment terms, and Legal Director for legal terms.
Contracts are including contract for advertisements, PR, service agreements for resources.
- Keeping tracks reports of marketing budget and expenses:
Preparing monthly report to send to Marketing & Business Development Director, Marketing Manager, PR Manager/Officer and Business Development Manager.
Coordinating with marketing manager, PR manager/officer, business development manager to gather all expenses to keep tracks again approved marketing budget.
- Applying for the licenses for hospital advertisements and marketing events:
Relevant authorities include Ministry of Health, Department of Health of Ho Chi Minh City, Ministry of Communication & Information, Department of Communication & Information of Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City’s People’s Committee.
Hospital advertisements include TVC, print ads, PR articles. Marketing events include press conferences, public seminars, doctor symposiums.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualification: University graduated in Economy, Marketing, Business Administrative. Have knowledge in healthcare industry is a plus.
Experience
- At least 3 years experience at the same position
- Female from 25 – 32 is preferable
Skills and knowledge
- Advance English: fluent in speaking, reading and writing
- Self- motivated, initiative
- Advance computer skill: Microsoft office
- Strong working attitude
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexible and adjustable to different situations
- Hard working, result- oriented, pressure handling skill
- Excellent interpersonal skill: listening, understanding and communication
- Organizational and prioritization skill
- Proactive, independent and high team- work spiritual
- Responsible, willing to learn and desire to contribute and collaborate
Foreign language(s): Vietnamese nationality is preferable. Advance English: fluent in speaking, reading and writing.
