Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail- oriented Talent Acquisition to support our recruitment team. You will help identify and engage potential candidates to meet our company&039;s hiring needs and assist in building a strong candidate pipeline.
Job Title: Talent Acquisition
Location: 19 Tân Cảng, P.25, Bình Thạnh, TPHCM
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates.
Review and shortlist CVs/resumes based on job requirements.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracking system.
Assist with other recruitment- related tasks as needed.
Conduct research to identify potential talent pools for current and future job openings.
Source and screen potential candidates through various channels.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements:

Proficient in English, with the ability to read and communicate effectively.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
